REFUND POLICY

Refunds Request
The refund can be requested within 30 days from the purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a ticket.

Refund Exceptions
No refunds are provided for:

  • NS Club Subscription as it is a complete set of products at a very convenient price for which you can – – cancel any time. We discourage you from purchasing the Club for testing purposes, whereas we invite you to try our plugins through their free version;
  • license renewals for which you can cancel easily anytime the automatic payment at the deadline directly from your My Account page;
  • requesting a refund for the same product twice;
  • refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.

Payment of refunds
Your request will be processed and refunded automatically to your credit card or original method of payment. This generally takes up to 5-10 working days since your request has been approved.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again, than contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially issued.
