I just bought the ns facebook pixel pro plugin and it does not work. When i try to activate it, it gives an error message.

How do I activate this plugin?

We have just update this plugin, fixing this bug and add a new feature.
You can go to My Account -> Download and get the new version.

I downloaded the plugin again and it still gives the same error message when i try to activate it

can you send us your admin access and ftp access at info [at] nsthemes [dot] com ?
What version of WordPress are you using? If you using WooCommerce what version are you using?
We can support you.

I am using wordpress version 4.8 but it is a multisite install
